August Equity is an independent private equity firm owned by its partners and currently manages £300 million on behalf of a range of UK and European institutional investors.They invest between £10 to £25 million in UK based companies through majority controlled MBO’s and finance ambitious organic growth and acquisition programmes.August Equity's objective is to create, together with the management teams, market leading companies operating in the most attractive sectors within the UK.
