LexisNexis InterAction extends fee-earner usability through Outlook 2007

InterAction recently extended its market-leading usability for fee-earners and time-short professionals with access to, and use of, InterAction through Microsoft® Outlook® 2007.

Professionals no longer need to worry about learning to use InterAction or accessing the CRM.  Working in Outlook, professionals are automatically presented detailed firm-wide CRM contact, activities and relationship data held within InterAction, simply by hovering over a dedicated InterAction panel sitting within the Outlook 2007 screen.

Ease of use for fee earners is fundamental to a successful CRM deployment.  Providing access to the firm’s wealth of relationship intelligence and contact information held in InterAction through Outlook delivers the ultimate in CRM usability for professionals.

This enhanced Outlook interface was released initially in InterAction 6.0 for Outlook 2010.  Availability for Outlook 2007 makes this vital usability more widely available and is a compelling reason to upgrade to InterAction 6.0 for clients wishing to achieve firm-wide CRM adoption.

The InterAction 6.0 Outlook 2007/2010 release embeds relationship intelligence into Microsoft Outlook, presenting information directly to professionals to help them think and act smarter with their clients, potential clients or contacts. It not only makes CRM data instantly available by removing the need for professionals to click to access the data, but also allows users to contribute relationship information more effectively to the firm's CRM resource.
