As Director of Strategy and BD he was previously accountable for the strategic direction of the entire UK business and responsible for delivering the introduction of a number of new propositions and partnerships. He now leads the UK software business where he is overseeing the execution of our strategy to deliver industry leading enterprise platforms that support both the business and practice of law. Prior to LexisNexis, Andy spent over a decade consulting as a partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants where he helped build the global TMT practice.

Matthew Gegg is responsible for the Professional Services operation of Enterprise Solutions across all regions, barring the US market. He is focussed on the delivery of projects and value-added services to customers. With over fifteen years’ experience in the IT industry, Matthew has a strong background in business-related legal software including case, practice, business intelligence, business process automation, CRM and ERP. His CRM expertise also spans the corporate, telecommunications and retail and commercial banking sectors. Time outside of work is normally spent in the countryside trying to keep up with his two young daughters.

Steve Zangari
Sales & Marketing Director

Steve is part of the Senior Leadership Team at LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions and is responsible for driving the sales and marketing functions for the division across the UK and EMEA. He has over 30 years of broad financial, IT, sales and business management experience. He is a qualified accountant and an experienced IT Director – having been part of the senior management team at Toll Holdings, a global transportation and logistics company where he implemented ERP, CRM, Logistics and BI systems.

Prior to joining LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions, Steve was Executive VP – EMEA at Zap Technology, a company specialising in the development and implementation of BI solutions to support Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems. He has spent the last 7 years launching and growing the UK and EMEA business.

Before this role, he also held other positions in the company including Director for Partner Strategy & Relations and Regional Sales Director for the UK. On a personal level, Steve has three children and is a passionate sportsman.

Senior HR Business Partner

Sam joined Enterprise Solutions in May 2017. She has responsibility for the development of people centred solutions that drive and enable successful business performance within the ES. This includes the development of a high performance culture, the design of the organisation and workforce planning, the management of talent, supporting the organisation through change, ensuring people have access to relevant development opportunities, ensuring the business rewards and recognises people appropriately, diversity and inclusion and employee relations matters.

Before joining Enterprise Solutions, Sam spent over 10 years in the private sector in generalist HR roles within a broad range of industries including positions with Barclays, The AA, British Gas and Centrica. She then spent some time working in the public sector first at the Department for Work and Pensions and most recently with the Cabinet Office.

Sam is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, the professional body for HR.

As well as enjoying settling in to her new role with Enterprise Solutions, Sam is kept very busy by her two wonderful children Gabriella and Jacob.

Senior Director, Software Engineering

As Senior Director for Software Engineering Jim Charvill is responsible for the product development function for both the company’s ERP solution, LexisOne; and legal workflow and case management system, Lexis Visualfiles. A specialist in Agile software development and digital transformation, Jim has helped companies to bring the customer view closer to development practices and evolve products to the cloud across several industry sectors such as finance, oil & gas, health & social care and clinical research. He has played a key role in enabling LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions to adopt lean approaches and deliver LexisOne as the first cloud-based ERP system to Fieldfisher. He joined the company in 2016.

Prior to this, he was at Sage, where he held the roles of Director Product Development and Head of Technology. He has also held senior technical roles at Tunstall Group, National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and the Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group charity (CCLG), among others.

Outside of work Jim is a keen DIYer and house renovator, real ale enthusiast and a regular visitor to the Lakes (his spiritual home) with his family and faithful hound, Charlie.

Senior Director, Program Management

Darren Ingles is Senior Director for Program Management, responsible for the operation and governance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, LexisOne. He also contributes to the strategic direction of the company. Prior to this role, he was focussed on delivering LexisOne to European law firm, Fieldfisher.

Aside from legal, he has over 15 years’ experience spanning a number of industry sectors including utilities, finance and consulting. He has held roles with Ernst & Young, Sage, Advanced Legal and United Utilities in either a finance or operations capacity.

His education backdrop encompasses the UK, Belgium and latterly the US, where he secured his Bachelor’s degree in 2002 from Syracuse University, New York. Subsequently, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).

In his spare time, he enjoys most sports and spending time with his wife and daughter, with the latter taking up most of the time these days.
