An InterAction Carol

The year is fast approaching its end, and as traditionally is the case not a shop can be passed, or a restaurant visited that isn’t immersed in the sound of an 80’s Christmas Pop classic or covered in an industrial volume of tinsel. For me though Christmas is about older traditions, the relationships that we keep and update and a little like a more amiable Ebenezer Scrooge, but without yet a visitation from Jacob Marley, I take time out as the year closes to evaluate how the twelve months have gone for the team and I. Without the help of the Ghost of InterAction past, a year ago I concluded that we needed to spend more time with you helping you to gain success with InterAction, and to do that we needed a bigger team and a broader set of experience to help you on your journey.

If the Ghost of InterAction Present were to arrive at my door this year, I would say that it has been a truly very busy year; we have new team members who have joined the family, we have staged more regional events than ever before, a bigger Share event, more time face to face with all of you than ever and some helpful new tools so you can measure how you are doing.

So as a mist appears on the ground and as the stroke of midnight on the twelfth night approaches what will the Ghost of InterAction Yet to Come share? An exciting future roadmap for InterAction to keep it ahead of the competition and transforming the way your business undertakes Business Development and CRM, a more globally focused InterAction Team and more time on the ground with you in a prosperous New Year certainly but fortunately we don’t entirely need to rely on one of Dickens ghosts to see some of what is ahead, this Christmas newsletter will give you some insights as well.
