LexisNexis - Continuation of Full Service despite COVID-19

 

At this challenging time we know that you, like us, will want to ensure that you continue to offer a first class service to your clients whilst protecting the wellbeing of your teams and their families.  At LexisNexis we have the processes, practices and infrastructure to provide uninterrupted business and support operations and will continue to provide you with a continuation of your service throughout this time.

 

We have been following ongoing Government mandates, the recommendations set out by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and have modified our operational approach to support current best practice. This includes taking the immediate action of suspending all business travel and adoption of remote working practices. While our preference is always to meet you face-to-face, we believe that suspending business travel in favour of virtual meetings is necessary to ensure everyone’s safety. As an organisation driven by technology we are also confident that we can offer an undiminished quality of engagement utilising the many remote working systems adopted by this business.  This includes the delivery of projects for you remotely to ensure that you can keep leveraging your investment in the timeframes you need.

 

From this week, 16th March, all LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions in-person events, including Visualfiles Share 2020 have been postponed.  In the interim, we will be putting in place a series of webinars and remote events and we will continue to update you on these.

 

We understand that many of our clients are facing new disruptions and increased uncertainty in their business planning and we would reassure you that we are here to help.  Our Account Managers, Client Advisors and Consulting Teams are here to guide and support you as you find new ways to engage with your clients through technology adoption.  Please feel free to take the opportunity to contact your Account Manager to see how they can help.
