Andrew Lindsay

In 1998 Andrew began his career with the business as a graduate software developer, becoming a consultant, then account manager, before leading the account management and new business divisions as sales director.

In 2019 he became General Manager of LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions tasked with leading the business and creating a strategy to deliver the next generation of our successful solutions. His vast experience (over 25 years) and passion for driving success for both our clients and the business has led to a period of unprecedented growth alongside the creation of our new global solution Lexis® Everyfile.

Andrew’s core interest is to drive cost and time out of delivering legal services and ensuring clients enjoy a tangible return on investment with every project we deliver. He is keen to nurture innovative technology and advancements in the market to continue to deliver pioneering solutions that allow our clients to prosper.

Outside of work, Andrew likes spending time with his family (3 teenage children), travelling to warmer climes, watching his large back catalogue of 80’s and 90’s movies, and cheering on Leeds United.

Jolyon Gray

Jolyon Gray

Joe leads our Engineering teams as part of our Global Technology Organisation, working closely with the Product teams to ensure our software evolves to meet customers’ needs. With over 20 years experience Joe has lead engineering and QA on enterprise and internal projects across LexisNexis and prior roles.

He has a passion for following engineering practices that build in quality from the start combined with high levels of automation across the development process.

Outside of work Joe lives in South Oxfordshire and is married with two children. He enjoys cycling around the Chilterns and photography.

Karl Marshall

Karl heads up our Operations teams who provide project management, consultancy, client training, and client support services to our global customer base. With over 30 years’ of multi-sector experience in delivering world-class services and solutions to international customers, Karl brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building scalable operations teams which help our clients to implement, adopt, and grow their Lexis Nexis Enterprise Solutions products.
Outside of work, Karl is a competitive runner and orienteer, and on most Sundays, you’ll find him threshing around a forest or flogging himself up a mountain with a map and compass in hand. He’s also a keen follower of motorcycle racing.

Karl Southern

In an IT career that has spanned well over twenty-five years, Karl has spent time in consultancy, operations, product management and solutions design. Particular areas of his expertise include integration, mobility, and exploiting information. Our clients do amazing things with our technology, and what Karl enjoys most about his role, is helping clients to unlock the potential of our software, so that they can achieve amazing things too.

Some of his colleagues have pointed out that he is a geek by nature due to his keen interest in all things technical. He takes this as a huge compliment. Outside of work, Karl likes to walk, albeit slowly; a pace he blames on frequent pauses to take photographs.

Marcus Hutchinson

Marcus Hutchinson

Marcus is widely known for his expertise in developing legal software. With roles of Development Manager and Chief Engineer for Solicitec, Visualfiles and LexisNexis, he has led large onshore and offshore teams to deliver best of breed products including SolCase and Visualfiles.

Now, as Technical Product Manager he is responsible for the research, evaluation and technical requirements of future product releases along with sharing his SME knowledge to help customers embrace new functionality and maximise their return on investment through early adopter programs, education, workshops and presentations.

Martin Siddle

Martin has been involved in Legal IT for over 30 years and has worked for companies such as Equitrac, Pilgrim, Pracctice, Visualfiles and LexisNexis. In his current role as Key Account Manager he looks after 50 of the largest Visualfiles / SolCase clients and is responsible for making sure his clients get the most out of their systems and are fully aware of the benefits.

Michelle Peel

Michelle Peel is a Key Account Manager for Lexis Visualfiles at LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions, joining the company in February 2018. With over 12 years’ experience in legal software sales and an in-depth knowledge of the industry, she is helping customers to define their business strategies, and optimise the use of the powerful Visualfiles toolset to streamline business processes for business efficiency and profitability.

Prior to LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions, Michelle has held positions including Enterprise Account Manager at Advanced Legal, and Senior Sales Consultant at Eclipse. A high achiever, she was regularly awarded the title of ‘Sales Person of the Year’ in both organisations.

Michelle has two young children, enjoys caravanning at weekends and socialising with friends with a Vino or two!

Nigel Williams

Nigel Williams

Nigel has led the product function since 2013 and has worked with Visualfiles since it was first released. With wide experience the legal sector, including Head of IT in 2 separate law firms, before joining Solicitec in 2004, he has also worked in the NHS and served for 9 years in the RAF, in the UK and overseas. Outside of work, Nigel lives in Gloucestershire and is married with 3 grown up daughters. He is a long-suffering Gloucester Rugby season ticket holder, hoping rather than expecting! Aside from the rugby, Nigel is a qualified hockey umpire and a keen photographer.

Shaun Denham

Shaun Denham is Client Advisor at LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions. He has over 25 years’ experience in legal IT and finance and has held a variety of roles including Head of IT at Lupton Fawcett in Leeds. He has also worked at a number of legal software suppliers, with experience in various roles including Systems Developer, IT Manager, Product Manager, and Data Migrations Manager. As Client Advisor, he has a thorough appreciation of the IT needs of firms as well as the pressures they face in implementing solutions and optimising their functionality.

Outside of work, Shaun is keen on anything outdoors, but more recently fell running became his hobby of choice over football. At the same time, he still aspires to further his record of 45+ off-road marathons.

Simon leads the Go-To-Market (GTM) function at LexisNexis® Enterprise Solutions with overall responsibility for the Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Operations & Client Engagement Teams. Simon is responsible for ensuring that we develop and enhance our customer relationships and grow our presence within our chosen markets, helping our valued clients gain greater value from their investment with us.

Experience

Simon has been with LexisNexis for six years. He has worked on a number of key strategic client growth programmes leading our Client Engagement Team across the Enterprise Solutions portfolio. He has also acted as Global Account Director for some of our largest international clients. He is a qualified Lawyer, Project Manager and Business Analyst. Simon has over twenty years’ experience in the legal services sector and spent many years of his career practicing law within a number of notable regional practices and subsequently headed IT, Development and Comms for a Top 100, 450 user Law Firm, in his time there implementing Lexis Visualfiles, Microsoft CRM, iManage, Bighand, Artiion and Aderant solutions, to name a few.

Other Hobbies/areas of interest

Simon is a competitive sailor, a technology addict, a motorsports enthusiast and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

With over 20 years’ experience in the legal software sector, Sugs is responsible for directing and guiding the teams implementing our products, delivering our projects and supporting our clients. Sugs’ focus is on working closely with our customers to help them gain maximum value from their solution as efficiently as possible. Sugs is team centric and people-focussed in his approach. Sugs has worked on a variety of projects ranging from implementations at small law firms through to large, global deployments in magic circle firms. Especially passionate about pro bono projects, he drove the implementation of Lexis Visualfiles at LawWorks, the Solicitors Pro Bono Group, a charity working in England and Wales.

Kept busy by his young family of 3 daughters, but when he gets some free time he enjoys long distance running – Sugs has set himself a 1000 mile target for this year. He is a craft beer connoisseur and a collector of vinyl records.
