Steve Zangari

Steve is member of the Global Leadership Team for LexisNexis InterAction and is responsible for driving the successful adoption of our market leading CRM solution across EMEA and APAC. This pivotal role sees him transition from Sales and Marketing Director for LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions where he was responsible for taking a portfolio of legal solutions (including InterAction) to market globally.

He has over 30 years of broad financial, IT, sales and business management experience. He is a qualified accountant and an experienced IT Director – having been part of the senior management team at Toll Holdings, a global transportation and logistics company where he implemented ERP, CRM, Logistics and BI systems.

Prior to LexisNexis, Steve held the position of Executive VP – EMEA at Zap Technology, a company specialising in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions to support Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems. In 2008, he migrated from Australia to establish the business in the UK and successfully grew the business within UK and EMEA over the next 7 years. Before this role, he also held other positions in the company including Director for Partner Strategy & Relations and Regional Sales Director for the UK.

Fiona Jackson

Fiona Jackson has spent over 15 years implementing and working with InterAction in professional services firms, including legal and accountancy. In these in-house roles, supported by InterAction, she managed marketing communications, devised and implemented business development strategies as well as trained and mentored fee earners. She worked closely with internal clients to understand their business processes end-to end and guided them in utilising the 'intelligence' gathered via InterAction to help them be successful at customer relationship management.

Fiona was previously a Client Advisor for five years at LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions; and was often described as "an extension to our business" by her clients. She has now returned to the company to drive an InterAction ‘repositioning’ project for a large London law firm. Fiona is also working with other firms to help them align CRM to wider business development strategies. She specialises in strategic and tactical CRM best practice, and as an expert in devising user adoption strategies, her experience in rolling out and repositioning InterAction as a business tool is proving invaluable to clients.

Fiona is mother to two teenagers, who keep her firmly on her toes. Living in Hertfordshire, she loves walking, is often found obsessing over the latest box set and enjoys all that country pubs have to offer. She also has a spectacular Gin collection of her own. Recently, Fiona has discovered a love for cooking – the varying degrees of success hasn’t stopped her from continuing to giving it a go!

Some of his colleagues have pointed out that he is a geek by nature due to his keen interest in all things technical. Particular areas of focus include integration and mobility. Mani Nanua

Mani Nanua, Senior Application Consultant at LexisNexis Enterprise Solution, has over 10 years' experience in the CRM space. As part of the Professional Services Application Consulting team, he helps customers to configure Lexis InterAction and implement the solution and associated components to meet their organisational needs. Sugs’ focus is on working closely with our customers to help them gain maximum value from their solution as efficiently as possible. Sugs is team centric and people-focussed in his approach. Chris Aujard

Chris has held a variety of general counsel roles over his 27 year career in the City, working for companies such as Royal London (the UK’s largest life and pensions mutual), Singer & Friedlander (a London based investment banking group acquired by the Icelandic bank, Kaupthing in 2005), National Australia Bank and Lloyd’s of London. Most recently he served as the interim general counsel at Post Office Limited where, in addition to overseeing the legal function, he had responsibility for the internal audit, risk and compliance and security functions, together with the operations of an in-house mediation team.

Richard Hinton

Richard Hinton founded Pitsford Consulting in 2013, having spent 25 years working in strategic and business development roles in the conveyancing industry. He offers consultancy to a range of legal and technology businesses and has developed a suite of data-driven business tools for conveyancers.

Prior to Pitsford Consulting, he did a 12-year stint as Business Development Director of Shoosmiths solicitors; was Head of Residential Property for Lexis Visualfiles; and held the position of Head of Business Strategy at Searchflow.

He is a founding member of the Conveyancing Association and was part of the team that launched the concept of direct conveyancing in the UK.

Previously working as Practice & Marketing manager for two West Yorkshire law firms, I have gained 25 years’ experience of working in the conveyancing sector. Over the last few years, I have taken the responsibility to develop the LFS Conveyancing Conference and Awards into the major event in the conveyancing world.
