International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) has recently implemented a bespoke Visualfiles™ solution.
HFW approached LexisNexis to help them create a bespoke solution for one of their major airline clients. The client needed an effective mechanism to monitor its exposure to claims and access to up-to-date information on each of the claims managed by the firm.
HFW were looking for a flexible Matter Management system that could meet these requirements, and those of other clients. Additionally, HFW wanted a system that could introduce legal project management into the handling of claims, with a view to producing greater efficiencies in the claims handling process.
Following a short selection process, LexisNexis were able to demonstrate to HFW that Visualfiles was the ideal solution for this project. Visualfiles not only offered a secure web-based portal providing clients with access to up-to-date information and reporting, but also a Matter Management solution that was able to accommodate both the existing and potential future requirements of clients.
Working together the HFW IT team and the LexisNexis Visualfiles consultants customised and personalised the standard Visualfiles system to meet the exact requirements of the client.
