Technology Must Underpin UK Legal Services Sector to Enhance International Competitiveness
The UK government recognises the importance of the legal sector and its potential impact on the country’s economic growth and stability and is going all out to promote the UK as a centre of legal excellence abroad.
After all, the UK legal services sector contributes £20.9bn to GDP; is the largest legal market in Europe accounting for a fifth of the European fee income; and exports are estimated at £3,856 million.
