Partnership in keeping with LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions’ philosophy to integrate Visualfiles with the best third-party technologies for customers
LONDON, U.K., 03 October 2018 – LexisNexis® Enterprise Solutions, has added another partner to its network of third-party applications for Lexis® Visualfiles™. Integration with tmconvey, the UK's leading conveyancing data and search platform from tmgroup, will offer Visualfiles' customers the choice of using one of the most innovative property search services on the market. Backed by nearly 20 years' experience in offering solutions to the UK property market, tmconvey has processed over 15 million searches, which is more property searches delivered to conveyancers than any other provider.

Conveyancing firms interested in integrating Visualfiles with tmconvey have two options. tmconvey can be pre-loaded in the Visualfiles Conveyancing Accelerator providing rapid access to a comprehensive suite of conveyancing workflows – from quotation and instruction through to linked sale and purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity. Alternatively, customers can adopt tmconvey as a stand-alone solution that can be plugged into their existing Visualfiles application. Both options allow firms to automate key parts of the search request process and ensure intelligent exchanges of information between Visualfiles and tmconvey.
